Owning the space where you call home and stopping the monthly rent payment are

part of the Kenyan Dream. Over the last 10 years, there has been no shortage of options for the person who

wants to own their own home. There are property shows on TV advertising new estates and residences, salesmen and

women in traffic handing out brochures for upcoming developments, and weekly
