Jordan Hayden is the Regional Outreach Adviser for the North West Region of England. He is part of the Partnerships Team and is responsible for building relationships with organisations throughout the North West, and providing support with DBS products, processes and legislation. Prior to joining the DBS Partnerships Team, Jordan worked for the Department for Work and Pensions, monitoring and managing payments of disability benefits, before moving to DBS in 2016 and working on the Disputes Team and Policy Team, answering queries and writing guidance about the legislation that applies to DBS, the levels of DBS check available, and the process of barring individuals who pose safeguarding risks to vulnerable groups.
Danielle Carter is a Stakeholder Engagement Adviser at Disclosure and Barring Service. She is part of the Partnerships Team and supports national organisations across England, Wales & Northern Ireland. Prior to joining the Partnerships team in January, Danielle supported Registered Bodies on the DBS RB Management Team as a DBS Account Manager.
