He is an experienced developer of change practitioners and consultants and a qualified Consulting and Coaching Supervisor. Steve is a trustee and Council Member for the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations and previously served as Co-chair of the Organisation Development Network Europe. He also holds a Masters in Change Agent Skills & Strategies from the University of Surrey.
