David Palm is a criminal prosecutor for the city of Saint Paul. He has worked with a variety of groups, all the way from people experiencing homelessness and economic difficulty in Nebraska, to those in alcohol and drug treatment plans in Saint Paul. On this episode we discuss everything from local challenges to systemic issues.
