Scott graduated from Deakin University with a bachelor of commerce in 1994.
He then moved to Melbourne and joined his brother in a clothing importing business. Scott returned to Geelong to help his parents run the family winery on a part time basis. In 2004 Scott was appointed General Manager and went about growing the small family winery into a sustainable and profitable business in a difficult industry.
He changed the name and rebranded the business to reflect current values an
