Samantha from 831 Comadres joins us this week to talk about a show that was planned at the end of last year. In December, the city of Salinas and the Big Sur Land Trust announced that they had received millions of dollars from the state to put into two park projects in Salinas. One is the complete revitalization of Closter Park on Towt St. The other is the next step in turning the Carr Lakebed into a beautiful park in the middle of Salinas.

We also discussed a couple of programs voted on by the city council that Oz, as usual, has some issues with. He uses Martin Luther King's letter from Birmingham Jail as a reference, so of course, he thinks he once again figured out the city's problems in one episode.
