Hubungan Aceh dengan KHILAFAH TURKI USTMANI sangat erat. Khalifah pernah mengirimkan kapal-kapal besar yang dilengkapi meriam dan persenjataan lainnya. Kapal- kapal ini digunakan Aceh untuk mengusir penjajah Eropa yang mengganggu wilayah-wilayah Muslim di seluruh Nusantara. Aceh benar-benar tampil sebagai kekuatan besar, yang membuat nyali Portugis ciut.
