In this podcast I discuss Heart-Mind-Body 'Cognitive Connections' plus Purpose and illustrate these amazing human "drivers" with an audio promo. I discuss the number of times we will enjoy these podcasts and my feelings about our fractured world at this current time. Please excuse my 'errs' and 'ahs' as I was horrified with how many there were when I played this podcast back prior to publishing. Why not re-record? I have stopped trying to be a perfectionist. Aiming at perfection slows me - and you - down and most times it is ineffective. Except when your brain-surgeon is at work! Hey, they don't even let the astronauts dock their module with the space-station - that job is done on auto-pilot by a computer. Perfection - no way!
