Bhagavad Gita Ch. 3 v. 1 - 4, The Two-Fold Path to Yoga, Karma & Jñāna: Karma Yoga & Jñāna Yoga are mutually supportive. Karma Yoga makes the mind fit for Jñāna Yoga. It is a spectrum of orientation. We orient ourselves as practicing yoga & doing work to purify ourselves, and gradually, we gain in wisdom and see things from a deeper perspective. The act of doing works never ends, but our intentions, our heart changes. Thus the shift from Karma towards Jñāna represents a maturation of our progress in yoga. I hope you enjoy it and that it brings more clarity to your practice! You can watch it on Youtube or listen to it on our Podcast: https://www.samjiva.com/satsanga
