This week I had my second sinus surgery, to correct and fix my major sinus issues. I am in the midst of recovery and I am regretting this surgery.
Regret:
the emotion of wishing one had made a different decision in the past, because the consequences of the decision were unfavorable.
This thought lead me to question, why would I regret something that is meant to help, fix or change my life for the better?
