When you start cooking a new recipe do you read the instructions first then follow or are you a person that pulls out the recipe and you only look at it when you get stuck. Or do you follow the recipe up to a point and then you start doing it your own way and how want to do then you are amazed when it doesn't turn out right? Or are you a person that doesn't even pull it out or even have a recipe until you are so far to the left with what you are trying to cook, that now you need a miracle? Which are you?
