In over 120 competitions across more than 15 years from youth to Masters levels, Dr. Henry recently won a gold medal in the 60m event at the 2023 World Indoor Masters. Also, Dr. Henry shares about her own educational and professional pursuits in scientific and clinical research -- even how they have both provided a unique perspective into her athletics career.
