One of the members of the Scaling Deep Society asked me how much co-creation she should do with the first cohort in her new membership. My answer is inside this video. While I love co-creation as a cornerstone and benefit of the membership model, I firmly believe that as program guides and experts in our topic, we need to provide the foundational blueprint they can follow to get the results we're promising them.
