In this edition of “Schiestel Speaks Sports” from March 28, 2024, host Ryan Schiestel talks all things St. Ambrose University Sports. To start off the episode, Ryan discusses the cheer and dance teams, as they make their way to Michigan for the NAIA National Championships. Following cheer and dance, it’s an update on the lacrosse seasons, where both teams look to make the top ten rankings. Then, it’s golf’s preparation for the spring season, and tennis’ spring season update. After a short station break, Ryan discusses the men’s volleyball team as they enter conference play and pick up a few needed wins. Then, it’s softball’s struggles in Florida, and baseball’s long awaited home opener. Ryan concludes the episode talking about the esports and track and field teams. Ryan continues to remain hopeful for SAU sports.
