The exascale era in computing has arrived, and that brings up the question of what’s next. We’ll discuss some emerging processor technologies-- molecular storage and computing, quantum computing and neuromorphic chips—with an expert from each of those fields. Catherine (Katie) Schuman, is a neuromorphic computing researcher and an assistant professor of computer science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
