Dr. Sara Mazrouei (she/her) is a planetary scientist and science communicator. She has a PhD in planetary science with a focus on moon collisions. Sara has given a phenomenal TEDx Talk about the barriers she faced when studying space. She has been on radio and TV networks talking science news, and currently works in on the Space Matters outreach project at the Centre for Planetary Science and Exploration (CPSX). We about about the moon as a time capsule, her love of the Ontario Science Centre, and how SciComm helped save her Phd.
