Ashley Stenzel (she/her) is a PhD candidate in cancer epidemiology at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY. We chat about her experience as a teen mom, turning her back on science only to come back, and her passion for science outreach and education. Plus, we debunk some myths and conspiracy theories about cancer, coming from a cancer researcher herself.
