Who wants to talk about hurt or anger if it’s buried and we are scared of it? However, in this work, it’s seen that fear is running it all and that includes fear of emotions. We hold ourselves back in relationship in all sorts of ways that have more to do with safety than love. The answer is not to try and be loving but rather to process the fear held deeply in the body that blocks us from the love that we already are. This is one of a two-part Valentines Day podcast.
