In this week's Podcast - the only one which covers all five divisions of Club Rugby in Scotland - Stuart and Dale look at last week's matches and take a peek at the games being played this Saturday. They also look at the league tables at what is the halfway point in the season for many of the teams.
In the Premiership it's Hawick who lead the way from Marr, but the two clash at Mansfield Park this weekend. Can Marr inflict a first home defeat on Hawick since October 2019 when Glasgow Hawks pulled off the trick? We hear from both Head Coaches, Matty Douglas (Hawick) and Kenny Diffenthal (Marr).
National 1 sees Ayr still undefeated after nine games, but after Ayr's victory at Glasgow Accies last weekend only Highland are realistically in the frame to challenge them.
National 2 is brewing up nicely with five teams competitive at the top end of the table, while in National 3 Preston Lodge are in front but Orkney are still unbeaten with a game in hand in second place and you can't rule out Howe of Fife and Allan Glen's who are challenging for top spot by the end of the season.
In National 4 it's currently a one-horse race with Garnock still unbeaten and scoring try bonuses in every game they've played.
We hear from many of the Coaches and Directors of Rugby at some of the clubs playing national rugby in Scotland and if you want to stay in touch on Saturday with all the latest happenings in Club Rugby north of the border then tune in to Rugby Radio from 1.30pm to 5pm with Stuart Cameron and the team (available at www.rugbyradio.co.uk) with live commentary from Hawick v Marr and coverage of other matches up and down the country. You can watch highlights of Hawick v Marr on Borders Rugby TV on Sunday, available online at YouTube.
