On the 88th episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast, we chat with Jan Parker of Jan Parker Cookery, one of the rising chefs in the Greater Seattle area. Jan was recently recognized as the 2020 South Sound Magazine Best Chef! As for Monica, she was busy visiting some of her favorite spots she's talked about in past shows and also visiting Kau Kau BBQ, Red Bowls, getting a delivery from Bell's Cookie Co., and finally capping the week with the Surf & Turf Family Meal from Canlis.
