With Blake away, Irfaan Gaffar sits in alongside Matt Sekeres to recap a busy weekend in the Vancouver sports scene. We discuss Daniel Sprong signing with the Canucks, his fit in the lineup and what it means for the rest of the forwards vying for top-six minutes. Patrick Johnston then joins the program for his two cents on Sprong, if we could see a trade on the horizon involving a forward for a defenceman, the plan for the Canucks crease next season and more.
We then welcome Wally Buono after he was inducted to the Calgary Stampeders Wall of Fame before the Stamps win over the B.C. Lions. Wally takes us back down memory lane with both teams, the current Lions club and more.
