Greetings, Leaders!

Our life and career journey require many decisions. We want to make the right choices because our choices determine our success in life and career.

In the process, we please God and benefit ourselves and others.

Are you facing circumstances that require decisions?

Remember and follow King David's advice.

"Hear, O LORD, and be gracious to me; O LORD, be my helper." Psalm 30:10

Today, I recall a decision to take a beautiful little stone from a national park we visited in September. Standing there with the stone in my hand, I thought, "No one will know if I put this stone in my pocket."

I needed strength to do what was right.

So, I prayed and asked God, "Lord, what should I do?"

This quote came to my mind; "Remember Achan!"

Achan was a man who coveted something that was not his. His desire overcame his integrity, costing him everything near and dear to him.

I took a picture of the stone, threw it in the bushes, and declared, "I will obey You, God!"

Now, I reflect on the blessing of doing what is right.

I purchased a stone for $3.00 at a stone shop, which the LORD guided me to only five minutes from where we stayed.

I now own a beautiful stone memento that conveys today's message.

When we seek God's wisdom for our decisions, He always provides His best.

Receiving His best empowers us to share the process others can follow to receive God's best for their lives and careers.

You benefit your family, colleagues, clients, and friends all benefit.

So, as you prepare to choose, ask God for His wisdom and guidance.

" If you want to know what God wants you to do, ask him, and he will gladly tell you, for he is always ready to give a bountiful supply of wisdom to all who ask him; he will not resent it." James 1:5

My observation is that when I pray to God, He always answers.

I encourage you to keep a journal of your requests to God.

Write down what you ask and the date.

Write down and do what He instructs you to do.

Wait and observe the outcome.

You will discover He is willing and able to guide you to His best!

When He does, think it through, write it down, and pass it on to others.

Remember, "Integrity - A Stone of Blessing" is always the best choice.

"Let integrity and uprightness protect me, For I wait for You." King David, Psalm 25:21

Here are some benefits that come to my mind.

1. Integrity guards you and your reputation.

"May integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I trust in you."

"A man or woman of integrity walks securely."

2. Integrity will help you make the best decisions for your life and career journey. "The integrity of the upright guides them."

3. Integrity will increase your capacity to serve others and gain their trust.

Be grateful that you are a leader with integrity!

Victory!
