I do what I do because I know firsthand the devastating impact of guilt, shame, and fear. At 14, I faced a traumatic experience when I was kidnapped and raped alongside my friend Julie. Therapy helped me recover, but Julie never confronted her trauma, which led to a lifetime of substance abuse and abusive relationships, ultimately resulting in her tragic passing 37 years later. Julie's death became a turning point, igniting my passion to help others navigate their own healing journeys.
