Eric從北大特區其他社區換屋到上北大，當初看屋時最在意的是公設比不要太高，希望買到的使用面積能實在一些，同時提倡環保生活的夫妻倆，重視房屋的採光與通風，很滿意現在居住的室內格局與通風良好...上北大在一樓公共區角落配置一座最特殊的垃圾壓縮處理機，用來縮小垃圾的體積，難得的是雖然位於一樓因為清潔維持得宜，竟然沒有太多不適的異味呢!
