With this episode, I want to open up to more relaxation and a conversation about how you can work more effectively in your business by coming down to speed up.
What I see for a lot of my Sensitive coaches and changemakers is that they are frustrated because they are not where they think they should be. and it’s not because they are lazy but actually because they are doing too much.

We sometimes live under the false pretense that if we just push on as much and as fast as possible we will get to where we want to faster. And this might be true for a sprint, it’s not for a marathon. And we do not really want our business to be a sprint, we’re in it for the long run.

Calm down to speed up means creating space, being more strategic and working smarter, not harder. We hear more and more about what stress does to our bodies and minds. and especially for us sensitive, it’s so important to take care of our nervous system.

- Work with what's important rather than urgent
- We usually do more than we think
- Focus on your own race and take time to rest
- Use your HSP superpower to process things deeply, by creating space for it
- Let the ideas come to you and catch them instead of forcing out content
Create more space for you and your ideas to grow into a thriving business as a Sensitive Coach and Changemaker.
