巴黎奥运7月26日揭幕，主张打造历来最绿色、碳排放量最少的奥运，巴黎最初目标将奥运期间碳排放量控制在158万吨左右，相当于2012年伦敦奥运及2016年里约奥运约一半，其后将目标调整为约175万吨。国际奥委会指，巴黎是第一届符合《巴黎协定》的奥运会，由建筑到能源、运输、餐饮及采购都制定碳预算。观众旅行产生的碳排放，这类间接碳排放，亦会计算在内。大型体育赛事往往最为人诟病是大兴土木，但巴黎奥运有95%比赛场地属于现有体育场馆，或针对现有设施进行改造。举例，地标艾菲尔铁塔前，临时建造室外体育场，...
