In today's third hour, Dom spends the majority of the hour discussing the story and continuing developing news centered around the slaying of Temple Police Sgt. Christopher Fitzgerald. During the hour, the Fitzgerald family held a press conference to address the refusal by the Philadelphia District Attorney, Larry Krasner, to pursue the death penalty in the case of the killer of their loved one.
