Dom continues the Dom Giordano Program by welcoming back in the Fitzgerald family, who are still struggling after receiving news from the District Attorney’s office in Philadelphia that their son’s killer will not face the threat of the death penalty. The slaying of Temple University Sgt. Christopher Fitzgerald made national news after a teen from the suburbs recognized the lawlessness in Philadelphia and came to the City with the sole purpose of wreaking havoc, ending in the execution of the police officer. The Fitzgerald family tells that, even after a teary-eyed press conference yesterday featuring emotional reporters, they’re still having trouble gaining any traction in local media, offering why that may be. Also, the Dr. Joel Fitzgerald tells of the next steps, explaining why they’ve asked for a special prosecutor to step in because of the bias presented by DA Larry Krasner.
