RNC Chair Michael Whatley: Harris Wants to Re-Write Rules of the Debate

Dom welcomes in RNC Co-Chair Michael Whatley back onto the Dom Giordano Program, to hear his thoughts on multiple stories unfolding as we lead up to the 2024 election. First, Giordano asks for some clarification on a lawsuit filed in Detroit that calls attention to the city’s biased recruiting in poll watchers, noting a very large imbalance between Republican and Democratic watchers. Then, Whatley and Giordano discuss the conversation around the debate, with Whatley explaining the beef developing from the RNC about demands made by the Harris campaign, noting how the debate is priority but only with fair conditions. Whatley expands on this, noting the thirst of the American public to hear Trump and Harris debate the issues rather than try and burn one another with open microphones.
