새해들어 적지 않은 프랜차이즈 브랜드에서 가격을 인상하고 있는데... 상식적으로는 프랜차이즈 본사에서 일방적으로 이런 일을 할 것 같지만 요즘은 의외로 가맹점주들이 이런 요청을 한다고... 최저임금 인상으로 인건비가 더 들어가는 문제를 넘어서는 더욱 본질적인 문제가 있는데 바로 제조서비스의 딜레마. 저가 커피 브랜드 '더 벤티'가 대표적. 1500원짜리 대표 제품을 2000원으로 올렸는데 문제는 제품 가격 자체가 저렴하다는 점이 브랜드의 핵심이었기에 500원을 올려도 매출이 늘어나는 만큼 더 많은 인력이 필요하다고. 따라서 가격인상
