這集的來賓是馬躍．比吼，目前是南島魯瑪社的執行長，也是一間全美語學校的校長。這裡的全美語，不是全英文教學，是阿美族語。
馬躍是誰？先讓我們把時間拉回到2017年2月底，馬躍為了爭取原住民族土地劃設的權益，在凱道及228公園駐紮，發起史上最長的原民抗爭運動。
在此之前，馬躍也是紀錄片導演，拍過三十多部紀錄片，不過當我們一開始聊到這個話題時，他馬上就笑說，他已經八年沒拍了。
2012年，他被當時的台南市長賴清德延攬，擔任民族事務委員會主委，也曾擔任過原住民族電視台台長。馬躍說，經歷過體制內、外的歷練，他的心得是「從體制外改變，速度才會比較快」。
馬躍好奇，如果用自己的母語、教自己的歷史、會不會是更有力量的改變方式。因此決定「讓孩子用自己的語言，學習自己的文化」，就這樣在今年2019年的九月，一間全阿美族語的幼兒園，在花蓮玉里開學了。
不過這當中遭遇了哪些困難？老師又是如何帶孩子學習的呢？
