This week's podcast is about Facebook and my recent decision to archive my Facebook groups and minimize the time I spend on social media. I've come to realize recently that most of the popular social media platforms are extremely addictive and suck loads of time out of my day that could be spent quilting. It was also becoming a problem for my husband as well so we've both decided to archive the groups and focus on teaching and sharing videos on the FreeMotionProject.com and LeahDay.com exclusively.
