It seems the Japanese style katsu sando has made its way across the seas to settle on Australian menus. This sandwich has definitely made a big impression, so Jane de Graaff has sought help from Chef Ben Seers, to cook it at home. Ben and his wife Eun Hee Ann are the brains behind Paper Bird, which features the katsu sando on their brunch menu. After one bite of this tasty delight, you will never look at sandwiches the same way again.
