Everyone loves a good home made spaghetti bolognese, even vegetarians are trying to get in on the action. Food editor Jane de Graaff has taken this classic dish to nutritionist, author and yoga teacher, Lola Berry to discuss how she might make this meal healthier, without having to inconvenience the kids.
