WASH consultant Ed Bourque joins The Water Values Podcast and lends a fresh perspective on WASH issues. Ed discusses the relationships of WASH with integrated water resource management and water governance. His hands on experience living abroad and working in the WASH sector gives a great perspective on how WASH is implemented on the ground. Ed identifies what some of the obstacles to WASH projects are and how to overcome those obstacles to achieve a successful WASH project.
