In today's interview, I had the pleasure of speaking with Erin Moon, a 13 year New Yorker who now lives in beautiful Vancouver Canada. She is an E RYT 500 Yoga instructor, actor, award winning narrator of over 150 audio books, world traveler, blogger and philanthropist. She is also a five time contributor to Good Life Project Podcast and part of the Camp GLP yoga team at www.goodlifeproject.com.
Erin is quite extraordinary and our conversation touches on a variety of topics including managing your career after the loss of a loved one, cobbling together various modalities to build a body of work, listening for the call and dealing with fear, doubt and uncertainty.
She will be completing her certification in applied positive psychology in the Fall of 2016. Erin is the director and co-creator of the Yoga Project with World Spine Care. She has been teaching yoga since 2005, teaching and mentoring hundreds of instructors since 2009 through Three Sisters Yoga (NYC and Portland OR), Lila Vinyasa (Vancouver Canada), Illumina Yoga (Paris, France).

I hope you enjoy!
With love,
Jessica
