Just recently, an online scam, run by two Nigerians located in Los Angeles, was busted by U.S. prosecutors, who are rounding up this international ring, after they made millions. Most of these online scams are perpetrated by Nigerians-though there is controversy as to whether they’re the ones funneling most of the money to terrorists or whether terrorists are simply copying their proven strategies.
