On this week's Silicon Valley Insider, host Keith Koo is joined by Aaron Lowry, Founder and CEO of Ethernode.

Ehternode is building infrastructure software and hardware to transform the way people connect to and interact with Ethereum blockchains. The EtherNode is a robust piece of hardware designed to not only host nodes but also serve as the base of a secure smart home network. It’s an easy plug and play way to reduce dependencies on 3rd party node hosts made possible by EnOS, the Linux based blockchain OS we’ve assembled.

Keith gives a reminder that blockchain isn't just a cryptocurrency like Bitcoin or Ethereum it's also a technology that has applications that continue to gain mainstream adoption. Aaron also discusses how anyone can adopt Ethernode technology without being a blockchain expert. Ehternode will be pre-launching it's hardware platform in mid April 2019. Visit www.ethernode.io for more information.

On this week's Cyber-Tip, Keith goes over the recent announcement that 540 million Facebook users data was publicly visible to anyone on Amazon's cloud due a third-party of Facebook and what individuals and companies need to do to stay protected.

On the Pivot, Aaron discusses how diverse life experiences such as building race cars and creating a geo-tracking application led to his current project Ethernode.
