In this episode, I have a conversation with local yoga teacher Linda Ivany. In addition to running her own studio in Port Rexton, called Wild Spirit Yoga Studio, Linda is the mind behind the Trinity Bight Yoga and Wellness Festival which happens in Trinity, NL every year. She also co-ordinates the Wander East Yoga Conference every October in St. John's.
