In this episode today Im joined by Wella Professionals UKI Senior Education Manager, Paul Fensome, and Wella Professionals Studio Leader, Katie Howarth.

They’re going to be sharing about the launch of the Wella Colour Higher Level Diploma, an industry first accredited degree-level education thats a major step forward in recognising the professionalism and technical acumen needed to be a true colour expert.

A diploma that focuses on credibility and progressiveness in the industry, following the 70-20-10 learning principle, Katie says of it, “Anyone that wants to educate themselves to a degree level recognised throughout Europe can now do so in this industry.” I love it and I know after listening in, you’ll love it too!

As we go deeper into the podcast we also discuss the evolving nature of the hairdressing industry and why hairdressing is so much more that just a job. Paul and Katie have some inspiring thoughts and ideas on hairdressing both as a fulfilling and rewarding career.

Now hit play and take your first steps to obtaining your accredited degree specifically designed for hairdressers thats recognised throughout Europe.
