They are joined by Dr. Blaise Aguirre, a psychiatrist who specializes and trains practitioners in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). DBT is a type of talk therapy especially effective for people who have difficulty managing and regulating their emotions. The hosts also interview an individual who has benefited greatly from DBT about her recovery journey.
