In this episode, we're speaking with Amy Santana, a private practice therapist whose practice is made up almost entirely of black women, queer and non-binary patients.

She will give us an inside look at her past and what it meant for her as the eldest child of teenage immigrants to start charging premium fees.

Amy will also dive deep into the negative feelings that come with creating a private practice and what it meant for her to let go of the scarcity mindset while staying true to herself and those she wishes to serve.
