How comfortable would you be stepping out of your business to sit in the owner’s box? In June 2020, Brett Snodgrass made the bold decision of stepping out of his company to let it work without him. It wasn’t an easy decision for him, but it was necessary. A year down the line, Brett can comfortably say he made a wise decision.
