Vactionland. Just the sound of that word sounds great! If you don’t know what state I’m referring to, Vacationland is the state of Maine (which is where I’m from), and I today I’m speaking with a Maine real estate agent to tell you all about what it’s like to move and live there.

Marty Macisso has been a Maine licensed realtor since 2010 in the Greater Portland Maine area, but he’s sold properties up and down the coast of the state. Prior to this Marty was a loan officer and he has extensive knowledge of lending and market trends. He resides in a rural town just west of Portland, and he is married with a newborn daughter.

I really wanted to have Marty on the show to talk about the trend that is seeing more and more people relocate to Maine, because it’s become such a popular move (especially during the pandemic).
