Jermel President coached Baptiste Staggers in the DAE Foundation travel basketball program in middle and high school. 'Big Bap' was a natural leader even at a young age. He was always on time and prepared.
Jermel and Baptiste speak on the 3RIPLE 3HREAT podcast about the transition from middle school to high school to college to professional life. Bap used sports to prepare for a successful professional life.
Baptiste understands today that if he had more information and knowledge on how to get to the next level when he was young, he would have had greater success at the collegiate and professional levels. This is Jermel's goal in everything he does: the DAE Foundation, 3RIPLE 3HREAT podcast, speaking engagements and more. He wants to ensure student-athletes, their families, and the community has the knowledge needed to help youth succeed.
