Keds talks to nutrition, energy and wellness coach Jo Brimmell about her Inflammatory Arthritis and how she found following an elimination diet helped her reduce and remove her painful symptoms.

Since treating the rare arthritis condition she was diagnosed with, Jo has gone on to train as a nutritionist and now helps others follow an anti-inflammatory diet that can help with many physical and mental symptoms of all sorts of conditions.
