Teana shares her experience with Anorexia; the causes, triggers, how she managed to disguise her relationship with food and physical symptoms. She explains how therapy helped to overcome this eating disorder, so much so, that she's now married to a chef! Her experience inspired Teana to re-train and is now a Model Mindset Mentor, running the Facebook group, Pathway to Potential.
