On today's show we cover a rather delicate subject as I chat to Human Rights Advocate Dawn Manske in the fight against Human Trafficking. After spending 10 years teaching English in China, Dawn soon became aware of the devaluation of girls after visiting various orphanages, and as her career progressed she couldn't ignore the slavery and child trafficking she had experienced. After creating Made in Freedom back in the states, Dawn, with support from colleagues around the globe, has helped find a save space for survivors of slavery & human trafficking so they can earn a dignified wage to support themselves thus avoiding a return into this billion dollar industry.
