In this week's episode of The Mindset Coach Podcast, we are diving into our fabulous archives to an episode that received a lot of ‘ah has’ and positive feedback when it first aired on Christmas Day 2021.

In this episode, I share the Nice and Naughty list when it comes to coaching and coaching behaviour, ethics and integrity.

Although originally published over 18 months ago, the content is particularly timely as the coaching industry continues to grow and flourish.

Increasingly, people are recognising the power and value of mindset coaching as a way to help them to achieve their personal and professional goals and alongside this recognition the demand for high-quality, certified coaches is growing too.

Unfortunately, with this increase in demand, I’ve noticed that unethical practices, calling out and bullying are becoming more frequent in the online coaching world.

As coaches, our clients need us to have the knowledge, expertise and experience to help them achieve the outcomes they hire us for. In an unregulated industry, anyone can call themselves a coach and hang up their shingle and work with clients. And there are some transformational coaches out there who don’t have qualifications doing exceptional work.

Whether certified or not, all coaches can benefit from checking out the naughty or nice list to see where their name may be.

Tune in and remember to subscribe so you catch all the episodes, past, present and future of The Mindset Coach Podcast.
