Ever wondered why companies delay training till Phase 2? Honestly, this is a vexing question (and a frustrating one!) for me too.

Unfortunately, these three things: training, testing, and reporting are often the first budget items to be chopped when implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
